In line with UNIEF's governance framework, the Annual Forum also serves as the official General Assembly, where:
Institutional updates are presented

Leadership elections are conducted when scheduled
The UNIEF Annual Forum is designed to be flexible and inclusive.
It may be hosted in different international locations, such
as Dubai, Geneva, or other global hubs.
Depending on circumstances and participation needs, the Forum
may take place:
in person
online
or in a hybrid format, combining physical and virtual
participation
This flexibility ensures broad participation while maintaining formal governance and dialogue functions.
